What to upgrade first

1. Damage and Attack Speed until early waves feel easy.
2. Health and Regen so you survive longer runs.
3. Cash and coin upgrades (Economy) once you reach wave 50 or so: they speed up everything else.
4. Then Crit and Range.

Rule of thumb: buy whichever upgrade gives the most for its price, and keep your coins working rather than saving them.
