Terms of Service
Version 2026-11-04 · Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Who we are
Bastion Idle ("the game") is provided by Nugent Project Support Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12010673), 6 Trotman Walk, Cirencester, GL7 1RJ, UK ("we", "us"). Contact: support@bastionidle.co.uk.
2. Agreeing to these terms
You must accept these terms before you play. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian before making any purchase, and they are responsible for purchases made on your account.
4. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own non-commercial use. We own (or license) the game, its content and all intellectual property in it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- cheat, exploit bugs or glitches, or use modified clients, emulator tricks or memory editors;
- use bots, scripts, macros or other automation;
- tamper with saves, purchases, tournaments, leaderboards, friend codes or creator codes;
- use display names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonating or misleading;
- harass other players or attempt to access other accounts or our servers.
Please report bugs and exploits to support@bastionidle.co.uk.
6. Virtual currencies and items
Gems, Flux and other in-game currencies and items are part of your licence to use the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be sold, transferred or traded. We may adjust in-game prices and balance. Unused currency is lost if your account is closed under section 12.
7. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are processed under their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you pay.
When you buy digital content, you ask us to supply it immediately and you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has been delivered. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: if digital content is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Refund requests for Google Play or App Store purchases are handled by the store; you can also contact us.
8. Randomised rewards
Some features give randomised rewards, such as card draws and augment pulls. The odds are published on our draw odds page. Randomised rewards are paid for with in-game currency only.
9. Weekly Flux subscription
The Weekly Flux subscription costs £9.99 a week (or the local price shown in the store) and renews automatically every week until you cancel. Each paid week gives you one Flux Pack (750 Flux). Every 10th paid week also gives you one extra Flux Pack free, so 10 paid weeks give 11 packs. Paid weeks are counted for your account and the count carries on if you cancel and later subscribe again.
You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions) or in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current week is not refunded except where the law requires.
10. Friend codes and creator codes
Friend codes reward new players and the players who invited them, as described on the wiki. Each person may use one friend code, once. Creator codes support approved creators at no extra cost to you. We may refuse, cancel or reverse rewards, and forfeit codes or rewards, where we reasonably believe they were obtained by abuse, such as multiple accounts, reinstalling to claim again, or self-referral.
11. Ads
The game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for consent choices.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, remove progress or rewards, or exclude you from tournaments if you break these terms. Where reasonable we will tell you why. You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account.
13. Changes to the game and these terms
We may update, change or remove features, content and balance, and may end the game service with reasonable notice. We may change these terms; when we do, we will update the version above and ask you to accept the new terms in the game before you continue playing.
14. Liability
We provide the game with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your device, connection or app store. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
